AURALOG is the world leader in language learning software. Our range of language learning software includes CD-ROMs, network software, e-Learning for foreign languages and English as a second language.

We are in search of part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team.

During the Week ( New York Time)

- 12:00 to 16:05
- 16:00 to 20:05
- 20:00 to 00:05
- 00:00 to 04:05

and/or
during the Weekend ( New York Time)

- 12:00 to 16:05
- 16:00 to 20:05
- 20:00 to 00:05
- 00:00 to 04:05
- 04:00 to 08:05
- 08:00 to 12:00

Location: home-based, living in one of the following states:
 
Georgia
Pennsylvania
Maryland
Virginia
North Carolina
New Hampshire
Arizona


Salary: 7 to 9 USD

Qualifications

  is rigorous, client-oriented, interested in Education and passionate about new technologies
has excellent writing skills
has a good knowledge in Windows (any version)
has a good practice of Text Chat tools like MSN Messenger, Yahoo Messenger, etc .
is comfortable with internet, intranet and web-based applications
having an experience of After-sales Service or Call Center would be a plus


Key Responsibilities

After a training period, you will be in charge of supporting Auralog 's customers concerning all the questions they may have on Auralog 's tools, their training programme, their English Language Learning and on any technical problems they may encountered.

This support will be provided through a Text Chat tool. Your responsibilities will include reporting on your activity and transmission of the questions on hold and unsolved technical problems to experts.
